Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
On-Demand CME Special Week
I purchased one or more online CME activities during the On-Demand CME Special Week. How do I go back and complete these activities?
Hover over CME at the top left corner of the AOCR website, Online CME, then click On-Demand CME Library in the flyout menu. Click the Sign In button at the top of the page and enter your AOCR user credentials. Once you are signed in, click the My Online Learning tab. Here you will find activities that you have not yet started or have partially completed under the 'In Progress' tab. Activities that you have finished will be found under the 'Completed' tab. NOTE: most activities have more than one component/step associated, therefore, you will need to complete each required step in order to ‘complete’ the activity and receive your CME certificate.
How long do I have to complete activities that I purchased during this special week?
Each activity in the on-demand CME library has its own expiration date. You may find this expiration date in the activity details. You will have until the expiration date listed to complete. Be careful not to wait too long after your purchase to complete, as you may forget!
How do I get a copy of my CME certificate?
Go to www.aocr.org, log in to your user account, hover over the CME tab, Online Learning, On-Demand CME Library, then clicking Get Your CME Certificate. Here you will click on the Completed tab-then, click ‘Certificate’ under the corresponding activity.
I don’t know my username and password. How do I log in?
Unknown Password: Go to the Sign In page, click Forgot Your Password, enter your username or email address and follow on-screen instructions.
Unknown Username: Standard practice is to use your preferred email for your username, although, that is not always the case. If you enter your email/username and do not receive an email with instructions on resetting your login information, you may need to contact the office to have this updated.
NOTE: the reset password email will be sent to the email address that we currently have on file for you. If you have changed email addresses and have not updated your AOCR record, you may have to contact the office to have this updated. Before contacting the office, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
Who should I contact if I have any technical difficulties?
You may call the AOCR office at 800-258-AOCR (2627) or you may email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with the online CME library. NOTE: Due to remote staffing during COVID-19, we recommend emailing questions in order to facilitate faster response time.
